Very friendly staff and they remember me and say hi everytime I go there. They always have my meds available right as I need them. I have some maintenance meds that I take everyday but at different times during the day. They make blister packs to sort my meds by day and time. It makes it easy to remember to take meds on time and I don't have to worry about sorting it out myself. I recommend this place to everyone.

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy! The staff are friendly and actually remember me, I’ve received calls from the staff and pharmacist on how I’m doing with my medications, and they’re always on top of helping with any insurance discrepancies before I even noticed them! I’ve transferred all of my families medications to here and will continue to refer!

We use this local pharmacy for a few reasons. When I'm in town and need the prescription now, the ladies at this pharmacy are quick to fill your order. We have never had a problem at this pharmacy with our insurance and prescriptions filled have always been filled correctly. No complaints here.

A very nice gentleman that helped me and worked overtime last evening, the 23rd to work out a prescription for my daughter,it all worked out wonderfully. He stayed overtime to work it out,and to do that and call and have it ready today ,Not the type of thing you expect in this day and age..just let me say I appreciate all of his help and extra time, he is a wonderful asset to your business. After not being happy with the service from a large chain pharmacy I had been going to for years I decided to switch to The Medicine Shoppe. I had heard nothing but great things about them and they have a close and convenient location for me. So far they have been nothing but fantastic! I literally left my doctor who happens to be across the street from the Pacific location and they had my prescription filled and ready to go for me in that short amount of time it took me to cross the street. Not to mention they have the friendliest staff which is pretty much nonexistent these days. SOOOO happy I made the switch and I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner.

We have loved the Medicine Shoppe since day one but yesterday trumps every reason. I had just came from the urgent care and google said they closed at 7pm. It was 6pm on the dot when I arrived. The pharmacist and Nikki were just exiting the doors as I walked up and realized the hours had changed. They politely asked me what I needed and when they realized I had come from urgent care for an antibiotic they unlocked the doors and opened back up just to get me the things I needed. I even offered to wait until the next morning or ask the doctor to send it to another pharmacy. It was a Friday and I’m sure they were ready to go home. But they insisted and went above and beyond so kindly. I really appreciated that act and wanted everyone to know that the level of customer care is exceptional. Which is why we will always support The Medicine Shoppe in Pacific. Thank you.
